It is great to have such an open and honest update on the position of the sites - Thank you for this.
I have an idea that I think might be useful to help with the funds of both admin and members at the same time. I had contacted the previous admin to ask about taking over the sites as I had this plan in mind then.

We believe you, but....
AVG RR fell very strongly. Recycling RR is very much and costs more than earning RR. And you also need to buy an upgrade and this "throws out" at a very big loss. I'm ready to wait for the withdrawal of ROI, setting up sites, I'm even ready to make additional deposits, but I can't do this while I suffer big losses... Please rebuild the work of RR at least so that their earnings cover recycling and upgrades, let there be no earnings, but so that I don't suffer big losses. My money supply is not unlimited...

True. Recycling takes whole profit. You can manage the website as smart as hell, but if people cant earn profit, such a website has no future.
